I've lived here for the past year and I must say that I would not have given it 5 stars under the old management company. However, in the past year Capano Management bought the property and the experience living here has been a complete 180. The staff are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They are timely to fix anything that might need to be repaired. I also feel like they have made this a much safer and more upscale community to live in.

You can find a better apartment in this area other than 1303. We don't know what the issues are because management refuses to tell us.
